The philosophy of the Political Science program is to develop critical thinkers who understand political systems, governance structures, and power dynamics. Our curriculum integrates classical political theory with contemporary analysis of African and global politics, preparing students for engaged citizenship and professional careers in governance.

We emphasize rigorous analysis, ethical leadership, and practical understanding of political institutions. The program aims to produce graduates who can contribute to political processes, policy formulation, and democratic development in Nigeria and beyond.
